What is St. Joe Club & Resorts?

Owned by The St. Joe Company, St. Joe Club & Resorts is a private membership club that provides access to a diverse offering of amenities and privileges. Four membership levels are available: Full, Social, Limited Golf and Resort.

What Amenities & Privileges are included with a Resort Membership?

Access to amenities and privileges is based on the Membership Level. Resort Membership amenities include the WaterSound® Beach Club including beach chairs at the WaterSound Beach; three 18-hole championship golf courses--Shark's Tooth, Camp Creek® and SouthWood® (Tallahassee, FL), one six-hole executive golf course--OriginsSM; two tennis facilities; and a fitness center. Numerous privileges including dining, recreational activities and social events are also offered.

Is there an Initiation Fee for a Resort Membership to St. Joe Club & Resorts?

No, a Resort Membership is issued as part of the Vacation Rental Package that homeowners receive when choosing St. Joe Club & Resorts to manage their vacation home (*restrictions apply). While on the St. Joe Club & Resorts management program each homeowner will be issued a Resort Membership Card.

If I'm a Club Member and decide to have St. Joe Club & Resorts manage my Vacation Rental Home, what are my membership options?

If your home is managed by St. Joe Club & Resorts, you are eligible for membership at the Resort Membership Level (*restrictions apply). If you are a St. Joe Club & Resort Club Member at any other level, your current membership will become inactive and your deposit/initiation fee will remain; however, you will no longer pay monthly membership dues. For as long as your vacation home is managed by the St. Joe Club & Resort Vacation Rental Management program, your monthly dues are included in the rental program management fee.

What are the St. Joe Club & Resorts Membership options?


Will Membership Cards be issued?

Yes, a St. Joe Club & Resorts Membership card identifying your membership level will be issued. Members will also receive a Membership Information Packet outlining your membership benefits. Members must present membership cards for access to club facilities and amenities and to receive applicable member-preferred pricing for dining, merchandise and recreational activities.

What are my Rental Guest Privileges?

Rental guests have access to all the amenities that the Resort Members have. A fee is associated with the amenities for Rental Guests.

Will current St. Joe Property Owners be able to play Camp Creek and Shark's Tooth Golf Courses?

As of March 1, 2014, Camp Creek and Shark's Tooth Golf Clubs will be private clubs and only members of St. Joe Club & Resorts and St. Joe Resorts' registered guests will be eligible to play.

Who qualifies as a Resort Guest?

Resort Guests include WaterColor Inn and The Pearl Hotel registered guests and registered rental guests of vacation homes managed by St. Joe Clubs & Resorts.
